Project Remix Ventures (PRV) is a social entrepreneurship 501c3 nonprofit organization that empowers its participants to build confidence in their ideas and themselves.

Through our partnership with The Opportunity Center (TOC), Harris County Juvenile Probation Department's community charter school, PRV plays a pivotal role in motivating youth-justice system involved youth to maximize the incredible opportunities provided by TOC and its team by supplementing their holistic approach with paid entrepreneurial opportunities while they participate in academic, vocational trainings, and behavioral health programs and services.​

Vision
The mission of PRV is to provide justice-involved youth with streamlined access to support services that decreases risk factors while offering a workforce development solution that can redirect our youth from future criminal justice involvement and empower them to lead self and community transformation.
We will equip Project Remix Ventures’ participants with the self-love, support and tools necessary to secure meaningful employment, contribute to economic growth and progress personally and professionally by:

Our Approach
At Project Remix Ventures (PRV), we believe that every young person has the potential to achieve great things. We work to provide opportunity youth with the resources, skills, and support they need to succeed in life and build a better future for themselves and their communities.

Participants intern at the various PRV social ventures in order to learn about the different career opportunities available to them within their respective industry. Upon completion of their internship, participants can apply for employment opportunties within the social venture of their choice in order to continue to hone industry-specific skills that empower them to access higher-paying employment opportunities with our employer partners.
